Get A Grip Don’t Believe The Blip Shirt – A Mysterious Phrase From VisionQuest

Get A Grip Don’t Believe The Blip Shirt is attracting attention from the Marvel community with its appearance in VisionQuest, the series continuing Vision’s story after WandaVision. The shirt is worn by the character Tommy Maximoff (Tommy Shepherd) in the trailer, sparking curiosity with its provocative slogan. The design also appears in promotional images revealed in September 2026, making fans question whether this is just a joke or an important clue about Tommy’s thoughts.

The message “Get A Grip, Don’t Believe The Blip” can be understood as “Come to your senses, don’t believe in The Blip.” In the Marvel universe, The Blip is associated with the event in which Thanos caused half of all life to disappear for 5 years. The phrase on the shirt has a satirical tone toward those who deny this event, while also evoking themes of memory, belief, and truth.. However, the exact meaning of this detail remains a topic of discussion.
