Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At iFrogtees, we know that sometimes you might need to adjust or cancel your order. Because every product is custom-made specifically for you, we operate on a strict timeline to ensure efficient production and delivery.

Please take a moment to review our updated policy below.

Order Modifications

You may request to modify your order within 6 hours of placing it.

What You Can Modify:

• Change of size, color, or design.

• Update or correct your shipping address.

Important:
Modifications can only be made if the order has not yet entered production. If production has already started, we regret that changes are no longer possible—even within the 6-hour window.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within the first 6 hours after placing it, provided that it hasn’t entered production.

After this period or once the order is in production, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of our items.

After the 6-Hour Window or During Production

Once an order enters production:

• Materials are prepared specifically for your item.

• Printing begins based on your design.

• Costs have already been incurred.

As a result, we cannot cancel, change, or refund the order at this stage.

We appreciate your understanding, as all iFrogtees products are made-to-order and cannot be restocked or reused.
