Lost Orders

If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

Cancellations All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please send us an email ASAP after ordering. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. However, please note that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours or twelve hours depending on our production condition at that time. Once your order has gone to production, we can’t cancel your order, but you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation. Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable.

Return

Your item is eligible for return if any of the following occurs:

  • The printed image is not clear.
  • The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
  • The package received is incorrect.
  • The item is damaged during delivery.
  • The item is not the right size, color, or style as specified in the order.
  • Other mistakes made by us.

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

For all other requests, please email us at support@ifrogtees.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Refunds

If your item qualifies for refund (see conditions in the Return Policy), we will process your refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.

Please note that as the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. This is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ifrogtees.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you. However, if there is an issue with the product when you open the package, please let us know by taking a picture and emailing us directly with your order number.

Once issue is verified, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. Please note that we will not take any responsibility for the size of the product if it was made as per your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order, please refer to the size guide provided on our website for assistance.
